Department Arabic , Islamic Studies & Research

The Department of Arabic, Islamic Studies and Research was established in December 1979 at the City Campus, D.I.Khan. One whole assisted by three part time teachers were appointed to expedite the preliminary spadework. Instructional work started from the new academic session in Feb 1980. Regular staff was appointed in 1981. The department shifted to Arts Block new Campus in 1983. The department has started M.Phil program from 2002.

The department possesses a modest Seminar Library containing more than 7500 titles related to the subject.

Eligibility Criteria:           M.A Islamic Studies        &               M.A Arabic

1.      B.A/B.Sc/B.B.A/B.C.S/ B.Com at least second division.

2.     No age limit.
